By downloading or using Migraine Help ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Not Medical Advice

Migraine Help is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All content, predictions, trigger identifications, and reports generated by the app are for informational purposes only. Nothing in this app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for diagnosis and treatment of migraines or any other medical condition. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by this app.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Migraine Help requires a paid subscription to access full features:

• Weekly: $4.99 per week
• Annual: $59.99 per year

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

To cancel your subscription: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Migraine Help → Cancel Subscription.

No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except where required by law.

3. Accuracy of Predictions

Migraine Help uses pattern recognition based on your personal health data to generate risk scores and identify potential triggers. These predictions are:

• Based on statistical patterns, not clinical diagnosis
• Not guaranteed to be accurate for any individual
• Not a substitute for medical evaluation
• Intended to support — not replace — conversations with your doctor

Prediction accuracy improves with more data over time but will never be 100% accurate.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Provide accurate information during onboarding and logging
• Not rely on the app as your sole means of managing a medical condition
• Keep your device and account secure

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and functionality of Migraine Help is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health outcomes, missed migraine predictions, or reliance on app-generated reports.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
